Whether you use one or all of Acuvent’s functions (e-marketing, online event registration, surveys or planning) your investment is a ‘per registration’ fee plus an account fee.
Per Registration: Budget per attendee
From as low as $3, this fee is determined by the number of registrations you manage (the number you’re expecting for the event or the annual volume if you run multiple events).
Account Fee: Only the features you require with as much help as you need
A nominal account fee provides the features you need including:
- Secure hosting and data storage and automatic software updates
- All of the most popular features for any number of events
- Unlimited support (by phone and email 24 hours per day 7 days per week)
- Unlimited training (held live online)
Cvent’s event management software includes specialised features such as hotel and travel booking management that you can add as required.
Fee-paying Events: Do your registrants pay to attend?
Accepting credit card payments incurs merchant fees (charged by the credit card companies). Link your own merchant facility directly to Acuvent (your rates apply) or use ours (2.3% +GST for Visa/Mastercard/American Express). Secure payment gateway fees are included in our Per Registration fee, and we do not charge refund processing fees.
